汽车不锈钢紧固件新型抛光工艺的研究和应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用化学抛光技术工艺替代传统的研磨工艺,抛光药剂可以循环使用。新工艺不仅提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,提高了不锈钢紧固件产品的外观质量,而且新的化学抛光技术使用环保化学药剂,减少了对紧固件产品和设备的腐蚀,使用过程中减少了废水的排放,新的化学抛光工艺的废水中不含有重金属元素,废水中COD的含量远远低于传统研磨工艺的废水。因此,本文中开发的不锈钢紧固件新抛光工艺具有明显的经济和社会效益。 In this article, chemical polishing is used to replace the traditional grinding process, and the polishing agent can be recycled. The new process improves production efficiency, reduces production costs, and improves the appearance quality of stainless steel fastener products. The chemical polishing technology use the environment-friendly chemical agents, it also reduce the corrosion of fastener products or equipment, and the discharge of wastewater. Besides, the wastewater of the chemical polishing technology does not contain heavy metal elements, and the COD content in the wastewater is much lower than that of the waste water from traditional grinding process. Therefore, the new chemical polishing process for stainless steel fasteners has obvious economic and social benefits.
