海南铜鼓岭热带季雨矮林树干附生地衣及其内生真菌多样性的研究

摘要 以海南省文昌市东北部的国家级自然保护区铜鼓岭内的热带季雨矮林为考察点,考察地衣及地衣内生真菌多样性。选择该森林群落中重要值排名前20的相关树种作为考察对象,采集相关树种树干上的附生地衣。经分子生物学方法鉴定可知,本次考察共发现8科13属26种地衣型真菌,其中数量最多的是文字衣科;同时发现附生地衣内生真菌31种,其中担子菌门8种,子囊菌门23种。考察结果显示,铜鼓岭热带季雨矮林地衣及其内生真菌物种较丰富,物种多样性较高,填补了该森林地衣类型及其内生真菌资源调查的空白,为后续地衣及其内生真菌的相关研究和开发利用提供参考。 This paper studied on the diversity of lichen and lichen endophytic fungi was conducted in the tropical monsoon forest in Tongguling, a national nature reserve in the northeast of Wenchang city, Hainan province. The top 20 important tree species in the forest community were selected as investigation objects to collect epiphytic lichen on the trunk of relevant tree species. Identified by molecular biology methods,a total of 26 lichen fungi of 13 genera and 8 families were found, of which the largest number was Cotylidae;31 epiphytic endophytes were found, including 8 Basidiomycetes and 23 Ascomycetes. The results showed that there were abundant species and high species diversity of endophytic fungi in tropical monsoon rain undergrowth forest in Tongguling, which filled the gap in the investigation of the forest type lichen and its endophytic fungi resources,and provided theoretical reference for the related research, development and utilization of lichen and its endophytic fungi.
