摘要
蚜虫是严重危害辣椒的世界危险性重大病毒传播媒介,抗虫品种培育和应用是国内外公认的最积极、最有效、最经济的害虫防治措施。文章总结了辣椒抗蚜性鉴定技术规程,包括规程的适用范围、规范性文件引用、术语和定义、室内和田间鉴定方法,对规范抗蚜辣椒种质资源鉴定及辣椒新种质创制、新品种培育具有重要意义,为制定辣椒种质资源抗蚜性鉴定标准提供参考。
Aphids are the world’s most dangerous virus vector that seriously endangers pepper. Breeding and application of insect-resistant varieties is recognized as the most active, effective and economical pest control measure both at home and abroad. Technical regulations for the identification of pepper-germplasm resistance to aphid was reported, including applied scope, normative document reference, terms and definitions and identification methods in the glasshouse and field, which was of great significance to standardize the identification of aphid-resistant pepper germplasm resources, the creation of new germplasms and the breed of new varieties, to provide reference for formulating the identification standard of aphid resistance of pepper germplasm resources.
