基于响应面设计的红菜薹氮磷钾肥料效应研究

摘要 为了分析氮磷钾肥不同用量对红菜薹产量的差异,探讨氮磷、氮钾和磷钾不同的施肥处理及其相互作用,采用响应面分析法,通过施磷量、施氮量和施钾量三因素三水平响应面优化试验,建立了红菜薹产量非线性规划的数学模型。响应面分析表明,回归模型显著,氮肥、磷肥、钾肥施用量均达到显著水平,氮肥、磷肥、钾肥施用量的二次项也达到显著水平,氮肥与钾肥、磷肥施用量之间的交互作用达到极显著水平。从F值判断,3个因素对红菜薹产量影响力大小为氮肥施用量>磷肥施用量>钾肥施用量。经过统计分析,红菜薹最高收益施肥组合为氮肥260.97 kg/hm^(2)N,磷肥105.04 kg/hm^(2) P_(2)O_(5),钾肥11.02 kg/hm^(2) K_(2)O,最高红菜薹收益为20 581.7元/hm^(2)。该研究将为红菜薹优质环保高产的大田施肥提供参考依据。 The study analyzed the effects of different N, P and K amounts on the yield of purple flowering stalk, and different fertilizer treatments and the interaction between N, P and K. A nonlinear programming mathematical model was built though an optimization experiment of three different factors and levels of N, P and K, adopting the response surface methodology.The result of the response surface showed that the regression model was significant, the linear and quadratic of the application rates of N, P and K were significant, and the interactive effects were very significant.Judging from the F value, the effects of three factors on the yield of purple flowering stalk were as follows: N fertilizer amounts > P fertilizer amounts > K fertilizer amounts. The most suitable fertilization for the highest profit was 260.97 kg·hm^(2)of N, 105.04 kg·hm^(2)of P_(2)O_(5) and 11.02 kg·hm^(2)of K_(2)O and the maximum profit was 20 581.7 Yuan·hm^(2). The study provided reference for field fertilization of purple flowering stalk.
