Domestication and Cultivation of Wild Ganoderma Lucidum“Nongzhi No.1”

摘要 对野生灵芝农芝1号进行驯化栽培研究,了解其生物学特性、栽培特性及多糖、三萜含量,以期为进一步开发农芝1号提供参考。结果表明:农芝1号菌丝生长适宜温度为25~30℃,适宜湿度为62%~63%,适宜pH为6.0~6.5;在培养基中添加枇杷枝屑有利于菌丝生长;栽培袋菌丝4 d盖面,37 d满袋,菌丝长速0.441 cm/d,39 d原基形成,55 d原基分化,75 d孢子弹射,91 d采收第1潮,肾形,菌柄长4.73 cm,菌盖宽9.17 cm,菌盖厚1.19 cm;色泽鲜艳,灵芝分枝较少,孢子量较多;2潮干芝总单重29.11 g,生物学效率7.56%,多糖含量6.68 mg/g,三萜含量9.27 mg/g,灵芝分枝较多,色泽鲜艳,适合灵芝盆景制作。农芝1号栽培性状良好,且遗传性稳定,是适合栽培的优良菌株。 The domestication and cultivation of wild Ganoderma lucidum“Nongzhi No.1”were studied to analyze its biological characteristics,cultivation characteristics,polysaccharide and triterpene content,in order to provide reference for the further development of“Nongzhi No.1”.The results showed that the suitable temperature for mycelial growth of“Nongzhi No.1”was 25~30℃,the suitable humidity was 62%~63%,and the suitable pH was 6.0~6.5;Adding loquat branch cuttings to the culture medium was beneficial to the growth of mycelium;The mycelium on bag cultivation was covered for 4 days,the mycelium grows all over the bag cultivation for 37 days,and the mycelium growth rate was 0.441 cm×d‒1;The primordium was formed at 39 days;the fruit body differentiation was at 55 days;spore ejection was at 75 days;and the first tide was harvested at 91 days;kidney shaped,stipe length was 4.73 cm,cap width was 9.17 cm,cap thickness was 1.19 cm;Bright color,less branches and more spores of Ganoderma lucidum in the first tide;The total unit weight of dried Ganoderma lucidum was 29.11 g in the second tide,the biological efficiency was 7.56%,the content of polysaccharide was 6.68 mg×g^(‒1),and the content of triterpene was 9.27 mg×g^(‒1);more branches and bright color of Ganoderma lucidum in the second tide,which was suitable for Ganoderma lucidum bonsai production.“Nongzhi No.1”had good cultivation characters and stable heredity,which was an excellent strain suitable for cultivation.
