在乡村振兴战略实施的过程中,新乡贤对乡村基层治理水平的提高发挥着关键作用。探讨新乡贤在基层治理中的影响因素,激发新乡贤参与乡村基层治理的热情,具有一定的现实价值。经研究,新乡贤深入乡村参与治理活动受政策、环境、人际关系、乡土情感、利己性和利他性等因素的影响。对影响因素进行差异化分析时发现,新乡贤的户籍类型与乡土情怀因素有着密切联系,且政策、环境两大因素对于原生乡贤、外出乡贤的影响较其他因素更为明显。因此,为吸引贤能人士返乡参与基层治理,政府需要不断完善激励政策、优化乡村环境、弘扬乡村文化,进而提高中国乡村基层治理水平与治理效能,助力乡村振兴工作的开展,更好推动国家乡村振兴战略的实现。

In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,new rural gentry play a key role in improving the level of rural governance.It is of practical value to discuss the influence factors of new rural gentry in rural governance and stimulate the important value of their participation in rural governance.According to the research,the driving force of new rural gentry'in-depth participation in rural governance was influenced by policy,environment,interpersonal relationship,localism,egoism and altruism etc.In the differentiated analysis of samples,it is found that the household registration type of new rural gentry was closely related to local sentiment.Moreover,policy and environment had more significant influence on indigenous villagers and returnees than other factors.Therefore,in order to attract talented people to return to their hometown and participate in rural governance,the government need to constantly improve incentive policies,optimize the rural environment and promote rural culture,so as to improve the level and efficiency of governance in rural China,facilitate the development of rural revitalization and promote the realization of the national rural revitalization strategy.
