高校教务管理系统信息化建设的问题及解决方法

为了紧跟信息时代的发展步伐,高校教务管理系统信息化建设应该坚持系统安全稳定,具备较强的多层兼容性和支持高并发数的原则。然而,当前仍然有部分高校存在软硬件设施升级困难且陈旧,系统共享和挖掘数据的深度不够,系统交互处理数据的能力有待提升,教务管理人员队伍建设有待加强等问题。对此,高校要进一步完善教务管理系统的功能,强化高校各部门之间的信息共享,完善系统信息化建设方案,加强教务管理人员队伍建设。

In order to keep up with the development of the information age, the informatization construction of educational administration systems in colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of system security and stability, strong multi-layer compatibility and support for high concurrency. However, at present, some colleges and universities still have problems such as out-of-date software and hardware which are difficult to upgrate, insufficient system sharing and data mining, imperfect system for interation and data process, and unqualified educational administration personnel team construction. In this regard, colleges and universities should further improve the functions of the educational administration system, strengthen information sharing among various departments of the college, improve the system informatization construction plan, and strengthen the construction of educational administration personnel.
