摘要
本研究旨在了解运动员组织压力源与运动员倦怠的关系,重点探讨心理坚韧性各维度在组织压力源与运动员倦怠之间的调节作用。研究采用运动员组织压力源问卷、运动员心理坚韧性量表和运动员倦怠量表对692名运动员进行测试,运用SPSS18.0和AMOS18.0进行数据分析。研究结果发现:运动员组织压力源及各维度与运动员倦怠显著正相关;心理坚韧性及各维度与运动员倦怠之间呈显著负相关;心理坚韧性的不同维度在调节不同类型的组织压力源时作用大小不同。这提示我们,针对不同的组织压力源,加强心理坚韧性训练和培养,有利于更好的压力缓冲效果。
The study discussed the relationship between organizational stressor and athlete burnout and the regulatory effect of perceived social support.It used OSI-IP,SMTQ and ABQ questionnaires to investigate 692 Chinese professional athletes and utilize SPSS 1 8.0 and AMOS1 8.0 to make data analysis.The result shows that there is significant positive correlation between organizational stressor and athlete burnout.Mental toughness can negatively predict athlete burnout.Regulatory effect of various dimension of mental toughness has differences in different organizational stressors.It suggests that we need to reinforce mental toughness training and cultivation for different organizational stressors, which can have better buffering effect.
