摘要 构建动物疫病防控大数据关键指标体系是兽医管理部门有效获取数据开展精细化管理和精准服务的重要理论基础。遵循系统性、规范性、可操作性和兼容性原则,采用调研法和专家咨询法,从动物疫病防控全链条视角,涵盖免疫、监测、检疫、屠宰和无害化处理等关键环节,包括基础信息、业务信息、数据字典等要点内容,构建了动物疫病防控大数据关键指标体系。本体系构建旨在指导各级兽医管理部门建设完善信息系统,有效采集数据并实现省部共享。 Construction a key indicator system of big data on animal disease prevention and control could provide an important theoretical basis for veterinary authorities to obtain effective data for fine management and targeted services.Following the principles of systematization,standardization,operability and compatibility,for the purposes of guiding veterinary authorities at all levels to establish or improve their information system,collect effective data and share it at province or central level,such a system was established through investigation and expert consultation,which involved immunization,monitoring,quarantine,slaughtering,biosafety disposal and other key links from the perspective of whole chain of animal disease prevention and control,including general information,business information,data dictionary and others.
