摘要
职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,是乡村振兴的重要推动力量。凉山彝区职业教育助力乡村振兴过程中存在职业教育资源分布不均衡、生源数量不足、专业设置与农村发展需求不匹配、办学特色不明显、社会服务职能没有充分发挥等问题,分析其原因包括城市化进程的加快对凉山彝区人民的冲击,“空心化”现象对乡土文化的冲击,离农思想对办学理念的冲击。基于凉山彝区现存的问题,从职业院校的办学理念、专业设置、人才培养方向、多主体参与治理等方面入手,解决凉山彝族地区职业教育助力乡村振兴存在的问题,为乡村振兴提供可持续的动能。
Vocational education is a significant part of Chinese educational system and a vital driving force for rural revitalization. In the process of vocational education in Liangshan Yi District boosting rural revitalization, problems cannot be ignored, such as uneven distribution of vocational education resources, insufficient number of students, mismatch between professional settings and rural development needs, lack of prominent school characteristics, and insufficient social service functions. Through underlying analysis, we found the impact of accelerating urbanization on local people, impact of “hollowing” phenomenon on rural culture, and impact of separating agriculture idea on running schools. Based on the existing problems of vocational education in Liangshan Yi District, we should solve these problems from the aspects of the school-running philosophy, professional setting, talent training direction, and multi-agent participation in governance, so as to provide sustainable energy for rural revitalization.
