乡村振兴战略背景下高职院校人才培养模式创新探索

Innovation and Exploration of Talents Training Model in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

人才振兴是乡村振兴战略实施的核心要素,高职院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的主阵地,肩负着为乡村培养优秀“三农”人才的重要职责与使命。然而,目前高职院校存在涉农专业设置较少、人才培养方式落后、“双师型”教师短缺等诸多问题,严重影响了人才培养的质量。在乡村振兴战略背景下,高职院校应精准对接乡村振兴对人才的需求,更新人才培养理念,创新人才培养模式,突破服务乡村振兴战略的多维困局,切实促进人才培养与乡村振兴战略的深度融合,有效提高人才培养质量。

Talents play a core role in rural revitalization. As cradles of talents with high quality and skills, higher vocational colleges have the responsibility of cultivating highly qualified and skilled talents for rural area. There are still many difficulties to improve quality of talents cultivation, for example, limited majors related to agriculture, low-level talent training model, shortage of double-professionally-titled teachers and so on. In order to overcome this predicament and profoundly combine talent cultivation with rural revitalization in the background of rural revitalization strategy, higher vocational colleges should accurately meet the needs of rural revitalization, by updating the concept of talent training and innovating the talents training model.
