乡村振兴背景下青年大学生返乡发展的现实困境与应对策略

Realistic Dilemma and Coping Strategies of Young College Students’ Returning Home Development under the Background of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大以来,乡村振兴战略被全面推动实施,对我国农业农村现代化建设的发展具有重大意义。青年大学生作为国家的未来、民族的希望,能否积极投身乡村建设对乡村振兴乃至国家现代化发展影响深远。因此,分析青年大学生返乡的现实困境,探讨青年大学生投身乡村建设背后的阻力及原因,探索能带动其返乡发展、积极助力乡村振兴的关键措施,研究如何能够更好地鼓励、引导青年大学生担当民族复兴大任,为国家和社会的发展注入青春力量。

Since the 19National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the rural revitalization strategy has been promoted, which is of great significance to the development of China’s agricultural and rural modernization. As future force of the country and the hope of the nation, whether young students can actively participate in rural construction has a far-reaching impact on rural revitalization and even national modernization development. Therefore, through analyzing realistic dilemma of young students’ returning home, this paper explores underlying obstacles and reasons for young students’ to construct their rural hometowns, seek to drive its active participation in rural revitalization of the key measures, encourage and guide the young students for national rejuvenation, and infuse youth power for the development of the state and society.
