随着医疗市场的发展,放射诊疗活动日益增多,造成了医学影像医师多点执业和远程影像诊断现象陡增。但是,现行法律与当前发展形势明显不配套,放射卫生监督出现了一些尴尬局面。从一起行政处罚案例中得到一些体会,进行了思考。

With the development of medical market, radiological diagnosis and treatment activity is increasing. It caused the medical imaging practitioners multi-site practice and remote video diagnostic phenomenon. But the current laws regulations is obviously not match with the current situation, and radiation health supervision has some awkward situation. The author got some experiences from an administrative penalty case, and made some thinking.
