摘要
研究粘虫板害虫诱集效果的影响因素,对促进其在城市森林害虫综合治理中的应用具有重要意义。2020年6—10月,分别在上海崇明东平国家森林公园光照度差异较大的林缘和林内生境布设黄、蓝色粘虫板进行害虫诱集,通过方差分析、混合线性模型分析、非度量多维尺度分析,以及指示种分析揭示颜色和生境光照度对粘虫板害虫诱集效果的影响。结果表明:粘虫板诱集害虫以半翅目(73.0%)和缨翅目(24.0%)数量最多;黄板诱集害虫物种数和个体数显著高于蓝板(P<0.001),但蓝板诱集害虫的物种多样性和均匀度较黄板高;林缘诱集害虫物种数显著高于林内(P<0.001),但不同生境诱集害虫个体数差异不显著;诱集时间对诱集害虫物种数和数量同样具有显著影响(P<0.001);颜色、生境光照度和诱集时间之间对害虫数量的影响存在交互作用(P<0.05);颜色和生境光照度能显著影响粘虫板诱集害虫的群落组成,且一些害虫对颜色和生境光照强度的偏好存在显著差异(P<0.05)。研究结果可为粘虫板在城市森林害虫监测和防治中的应用提供重要参考。
Revealing the factors influencing the pest capture effect of sticky traps is particularly important for the application of sticky traps in the integrated pest management of urban forest. From June to October 2020, we set yellow and blue sticky traps in the edge and in the interior of Dongping National Forest Park in Chongming District of Shanghai, which greatly vary in their light intensity, to capture pests, and adopted the analysis of variance, linear mixed models, non-metric multidimensional scaling and indicator specie analysis to reveal the effects of trap color and habitat light intensity on the pest capture effect of sticky traps. The results show that Hemiptera(73.0%) and Thysanoptera(24.0%) are the two most abundant groups of pests captured by sticky traps;yellow traps capture significantly more pest species and individuals than blue cards(P<0.001), while the species diversity and evenness of pests captured by blue traps are higher than those captured by yellow traps;the number of captured pests is significantly higher in forest edge habitats than in forest interior habitats(P<0.001), whereas the individual number of captured pests is not significantly different between the two types of habitats. Trapping time has also significant effects on the number of the species and individuals of pest captured(P<0.001). In addition, significant interaction effects among trap color, habitat light intensity and trapping time on pest abundance are revealed(P<0.05). The community compositions of pests captured by sticky traps are significantly influenced by trap colors and habitat light intensity, as some pest species exhibit significantly different preferences for trap colors and habitat light intensity. The above results will have important implications for the application of sticky traps in the urban forest pests monitoring and control.
