摘要
钢筋混凝土格梁是边坡防护及加固的重要工程措施之一,针对现有装配式格梁结构自重大不利于装配式施工,影响施工效率及施工安全等问题,提出了装配式轻型化格梁设计方案,并采用物理模型实验进行了验证。在节点设计方面,格梁构件节点分为上下两层来实现施工现场的高效安装;在构件连接方面,提出采用“阴阳锁”构件,通过特制的扳手插入锁中的定位孔,使螺栓自动滑入“阴阳锁”中心,完成自动锁紧。此外,在材料方面,采用陶粒混凝土进行轻质混凝土的配置,实验采用“强度弱化”原理来达到减轻重量同时满足强度的要求。结果表明:采用格梁节点分层设计和高强轻质混凝土的方法开发的轻型化装配式锚索格构梁,不仅能保证结构强度需求,还能使其重量在现有的基础上减轻约50%。相比于传统的现浇钢筋混凝土防护及加固技术,该装配式格梁具有容错能力强、安装速度快、有效锁紧接头等优势。
Reinforced concrete lattice beam is one of the important engineering measures for slope protection and reinforcement.In view of the existing problems that big self-weight of the assembled lattice beam is not conducive to the assembled construction,which affects the construction efficiency and construction safety,in this paper,the design of assembled lightweight lattice beam has been innovatively proposed,which has been verified by using physical model experiment.In terms of node design,the nodes of lattice beam members have been divided into two layers to achieve efficient installation at the construction site;in terms of member connection,the“yin-yang lock”member has been proposed for the first time,and the bolt could be automatically slid into the center of the“yin-yang lock”by inserting a special wrench into the positioning hole in the lock.The center of the“yin and yang lock”will be automatically locked.In addition,in terms of materials,ceramsite concrete was used for the configuration of lightweight concrete,and the principle of“strength weakening”was adopted for the experiment to achieve weight reduction and meet the strength requirements at the same time.The results have shown that the lightweight assembled anchor lattice beam developed by using the lattice beam node layered design and high strength lightweight concrete method can not only ensure the structural strength requirements,but also reduce its weight by about 50%from the existing one.Being compared with the traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete protection and strengthening technology,this assembled lattice beam has the advantages of high fault tolerance,fast installation,and effective locking joints.
