钢混组合结构在双曲拱桥加固中的应用

摘要 双曲拱结构整体性差,承载力富裕度较小,经多年运营后,该类桥型已步入全面维修的阶段,当需满足短期内重车过桥要求时,常规传统的加固方法要么不能解决承载力提升问题要么代价太大,介绍了钢混组合结构(钢板+灌浆料)的加固方法,该方法可充分发挥加固材料的力学性能。在后加结构恒载不大的情况下,较好地解决了重车过桥双曲拱桥承载力不足的问题,且重车过桥后桥梁未出现任何新增病害。 The double-curved arch structure has poor integrity and low bearing capacity.After years of operation,this type of bridge has entered the stage of comprehensive maintenance.When it is necessary to meet the requirements of heavy vehicles crossing the bridge in the short term,the conventional and traditional reinforcement methods are used.Either the problem of increasing the bearing capacity cannot be solved or the cost is too high.The reinforcement method of the steel-concrete composite structure(steel plate+grouting material)has been introduced,which gives full play to the mechanical properties of the reinforcement material.Under the condition that the dead load of the post-added structure is not large,the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of the double-curved arch bridge when the heavy vehicle crosses the bridge has been well solved,and no new disease appears on the bridge after the heavy vehicle crosses the bridge.
