磨刀门大桥抢险加固关键技术应用

摘要 随着我国跨江、跨海大桥的增多和船舶运输业的快速发展,桥梁遭受船舶撞击的风险也越来越大。2020年8月磨刀门大桥受台风“海高斯”的影响,被2艘脱锚的浮吊船撞击,造成50 m T梁腹板及马蹄部位混凝土破碎、开裂严重,需要更换受损的T梁。以磨刀门大桥被船舶撞击后抢险加固为例,介绍了桥梁抢险加固中关键技术的应用以及桥梁抢险修复的设计要点和施工工序,为类似工程快速安全完成抢险任务提供了参考。 With the increase of bridges across river and sea and the rapid development of ship transportation,the risk of ship collision has been becoming more and more serious.In August 2020,the Modaomen Bridge was affected by typhoon“Hygoss”and was hit by two floating cranes that broke off anchor,causing the 50m T-beam web and the concrete at the horseshoe part to be broken and cracked seriously,and the damaged T-beams needed to be replaced.In this paper,the application of key technologies in bridge rescue and reinforcement has been introduced,and the design points and construction procedures of bridge rescue and repair have been briefly introduced,which could provide references for similar projects to complete rescue tasks quickly and safely.
