宁夏地区CT机工作场所辐射防护及质量控制监测结果分析

摘要 目的分析宁夏地区CT机工作场所辐射防护及其质量控制情况,为卫生行政部门科学实施CT机的监督管理提供数据支持。方法收集2017—2020年宁夏地区所辖22个县(区)范围内监测的所有CT机,对工作场所辐射防护及质量控制监测结果进行统计分析。结果在宁夏辖区范围内共监测了71家各级医疗机构,99台CT机,其中有5间CT机房辐射防护检测值超标,各级医疗机构辐射防护合格率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT机影像质量控制监测合格87台,合格率87.9%,省级CT机质量控制监测合格率为100.0%,市级CT机质量控制监测合格率为96.7%,民营放射诊疗机构级监测项目合格率为86.7%,县(区)级CT机质量控制监测合格率最低为76.3%,各级医疗机构CT机影像质量控制监测合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.17,P<0.05)。结论宁夏地区各级放射诊疗机构CT机工作场所辐射防护合格率均较高,但也存在县级及民营机构CT机质量控制性能监测合格率偏低的问题。建议各级医疗机构要加强老旧CT机的更新换代,并严格执行年检制度。同时,卫生行政部门应加强并落实经常性监督工作。 Objective To analyze the radiation protection and quality control of CT machines in workplaces,and provide data support for health administrative departments to scientifically implement the supervision and management of CT machines.Methods Monitored CT machines in 22 counties(districts)of Ningxia from 2017 to 2020,and the monitoring results of radiation protection and quality control in workplace were statistically analyzed.Results 71 medical institutions and 99 CT machines were monitored in Ningxia,of which the radiation protection test values of 5 CT rooms exceeded the standard,and there was no statistical significance in the qualified rate of radiation protection of medical institutions at all levels(P>0.05).87 CT machines were qualified for image quality control monitoring,with a qualified rate of 87.9%.The qualified rate of provincial CT machine quality control monitoring was 100.0%,the qualified rate of municipal CT machine quality control monitoring was 96.7%,the qualified rate of private radiological diagnosis and treatment institution monitoring project was 86.7%,and the qualified rate of county(district)CT machine quality control monitoring was 76.3%.There was significant difference in the qualified rate of CT image quality control monitoring in all levels of medical institutions(χ^(2)=9.17,P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of CT in radiology diagnosis and treatment institutions in Ningxia is high,but the qualified rate of quality control performance monitoring of CT in county level and private institutions is also low.It is suggested that medical institutions should strengthen the updating of old CT machines,and implement the annual inspection system strictly.At the same time,the health administrative departments should strengthen and implement regular supervision.
