我国有色金属矿产资源十分丰富,安全、高效地开发矿产资源,是实现工业持续稳定发展的重要保证。与煤炭相比,有色金属矿山的矿藏地质环境更加复杂,采矿工程开采和发掘也更加困难,因此切实优化有色金属矿山安全管理质量将成为推动矿产行业可持续性发展提供必要基础。本文将结合本人多年从事有色金属矿山生产管理工作的工作,对有色金属矿山生产中存在的不安全因素进行分析,并从技术、管理等方面提出切实可行的对策,以期为促进有色金属矿山的安全生产提供优化建议。

China is rich in nonferrous metal mineral resources.The safe and efficient development of mineral resources is an important guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of industry.Compared with coal,the geological environment of non-ferrous metal mines is more complex,and mining engineering Mining and excavation are more difficult.Therefore,effectively optimizing the safety management quality of non-ferrous metal mines will provide a necessary basis for promoting the sustainable development of the mineral industry.This paper will analyze the unsafe factors existing in the production of non-ferrous metal mines in combination with my work in the production and management of non-ferrous metal mines for many years,and put forward practical countermeasures from the aspects of technology and management,in order to provide optimization suggestions for promoting the safe production of non-ferrous metal mines.
