摘要
针对平江县仁里矿区,钻进过程中极易出现偏斜、卡钻、缩径、垮孔,钻进效率低等问题。我们通过施工中正反两方面经验对比分析,针对上述问题开展技术研究,总结了利用优化钻孔结构、增大钻具刚性和绳索取心金刚石双扶正器钻具防斜,选用绳索取心金刚石梯齿钻头提高钻进效率,优选低固相泥浆护壁等一套适合在该地层施工的技术措施,取得了较好成效,近年来在该矿区完成钻探工作量10717.36m,39个钻孔,钻孔质量优良,该项目被评为2017年全国十大地质找矿成果之一。
For the Renli mining area in Pingjiang County,problems such as deflection,sticking,shrinkage,collapsed holes and low drilling efficiency are very likely to occur during the drilling process.Through the comparative analysis of positive and negative experience in construction,we carried out technical research on the above problems,and concluded that the use of optimized drilling structure,increased rigidity of drilling tools,and rope coring diamond double centralizer drilling tools to prevent deflection,the choice of rope coring diamond A set of technical measures suitable for construction in this stratum,such as a ladder-tooth bit to improve drilling efficiency,and a set of technical measures suitable for construction in this stratum,such as low-solid phase mud wall protection,have achieved good results.The hole quality is excellent,and the project was rated as one of the top ten geological prospecting achievements in the country in 2017.
