摘要
本文针对影响传统铜电解吊耳质量的关键因素进行论述,解决生产过程中出现的阴极铜断耳问题。阴极铜断耳给槽面操作及机械自动化运行带来诸多不便,职工劳动强度加大,甚至因吊耳断裂的不安全因素,造成人员伤亡和设备损坏。通过调整种板槽电解液成分、温度、添加剂、钛板打磨力度及周期,提高钛种板析出质量,使吊耳柔韧性良好,确保进入电解槽后不会出现断耳现象。
In this paper,the key factors affecting the quality of traditional copper electrolytic lug are discussed,To solve the problem of broken cathode copper lug in production process.The breaking of the Cathode Copper Lug brings a lot of inconvenience to the operation of Above the electrolyzer and the automatic operation of the machinery.And increases the Labor intensity of the workers,even because of the unsafe factor that the copper lug breaks,resulting in casualties and equipment damage.By adjusting the composition of electrolyte,temperature,additive,grinding force and period of titanium plate,the quality of precipitation of titanium plate is improved,the flexibility of copper lug is good,and the phenomenon of breaking copper lug is not occurred after entering the cell.
