摘要
本文介绍了国内某铝厂的新型500kA超大容量电解槽,该槽型采用“56组阳极+大面7点进电”的均流配置模式+“内外母线联合磁补偿”型式。阐述了该槽型在:槽壳、上部结构、烟气收集、母线、阴极钢棒、多功能天车、以及智能生产等方面的优化及进步;展示了该改进槽型实际生产的良好效果,有效缓解了企业在“双碳”政策下的环保压力,综合提升了企业竞争力。
This paper introduces a new type of 500kA ultra-large capacity electrolytic cell in an aluminum plant in China.The cell type adopts the current sharing configuration mode of"56 groups of anodes+7-risers"and the type of"combined magnetic compensation of internal&external buses".The optimization and progress of the trough type in the aspects of shell,superstructure,flue gas collection,bus,cathode-bar,PTM and intelligent production are described;It shows the good effect of the improved groove in the actual production,effectively alleviated the environmental protection pressure of enterprises under the"carbon offset"policy,comprehensively enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises.
