在改革开放的大环境下,我国的有色金属国际贸易发展速度越来越快,出口总额呈现不断上升的趋势。在国际贸易快速发展的过程中市场竞争更加激烈和多元,许多企业面临形式多样的贸易风险及压力。为了更好的在国际贸易中占据一席之地,许多有色金属贸易企业以多元化经营为基础,充分发挥自身的优势,加强对风险的控制以及合理管理,围绕宏观战略目标进行调整以及改进。风险经营管理最为重要,企业需要以多元化经营为基础,加强对经营风险的有效控制以及全面协调,着眼于企业生产、销售、融资等不同的环节合理降低各类风险,全面提升自身的综合经济实力以及市场份额。本文以铜的国际贸易为分析对象,了解多元化经营模式在有色金属贸易中的具体应用策略,以期为我国有色金属贸易事业的稳步建设及发展提供相应的参考。

under the general environment of reform and opening up,China's non-ferrous metal international trade is developing faster and faster,and the total export volume shows a rising trend.In the process of rapid development of international trade,market competition is more intense and diverse,and many enterprises are facing various forms of trade risks and pressures.In order to better occupy a place in international trade,many non-ferrous metal trading enterprises take diversification as the basis,give full play to their own advantages,strengthen risk control and reasonable management,and adjust and improve around the macro strategic objectives.Risk management is the most important.Based on diversified operation,enterprises need to strengthen the effective control and comprehensive coordination of business risks,focus on different links such as enterprise production,sales and financing,reasonably reduce all kinds of risks,and comprehensively improve their comprehensive economic strength and market share.Taking the international trade of copper as the analysis object,this paper understands the specific application strategies of diversified business model in non-ferrous metal trade,in order to provide corresponding references for the steady construction and development of China's non-ferrous metal trade.
