进口国贸易便利化与中国农产品出口多样化——基于产业及收入异质性分析

Trade Facilitation of Importing Countries and Diversification of Chinese Agricultural Exports:Based on the Analysis of Industry and Income Heterogeneity

本文基于异质性企业模型,分析了进口国贸易便利化对中国农产品出口多样化的影响,并利用BACI数据库2008—2017年中国出口到34国HS-6位农产品数据进行了实证,结果表明:进口国贸易便利化显著促进了中国农产品出口多样化水平,其中,电子商务发挥了积极的正向作用。从产业层面看,进口国贸易便利化显著促进了中国谷物产业、油料产业及农畜产业农产品出口种类的增加,而对园艺产业和水产业并无显著影响;从国家层面看,中低收入国家贸易便利化的改善更显著地提升了中国农产品出口多样化水平;“一带一路”进口国贸易便利化对中国农产品出口多样化的促进作用略强于非“一带一路”国家,非OECD东道国贸易便利化的提升显著促进了中国农产品出口种类数。本研究对推动中国更多农产品“走出去”具有参考价值。

Based on the heterogeneous enterprise model,this article analyzes the heterogeneous impact of trade facilitation on export diversification,and uses the data of HS-6 digit agricultural products exported from China to 34 countries from 2008 to 2017 in the BACI database to carry out empirical research.The results show that:Importing countries’trade facilitation significantly promoted the level of diversification of Chinese agricultural exports,among which E-commerce played a positive role.From an industrial perspective,trade facilitation has significantly promoted the increase in the types of agricultural exports of the Chinese grain industry,oil industry,and agricultural and livestock industry,but has had no significant impact on the horticulture and aquaculture industries.From a national perspective,the improvement of trade facilitation in low-income and middle-income countries has significantly increased the level of diversification of Chinese agricultural exports;the“Belt and Road”importing countries’trade facilitation has a slightly stronger role in promoting the diversification of Chinese agricultural exports than in non-“Belt and Road”countries.The promotion of trade facilitation in non-OECD importing countries has significantly promoted the number of types of Chinese agricultural exports.This research has important reference value for promoting more Chinese agricultural products to“go out”.
