摘要
化学气相渗透(CVI)工艺被广泛地应用于制备碳基及碳化硅(SiC)基复合材料,CVI工艺是实现制备高纯度和高晶粒度SiC_(f)/SiC复合材料包壳的最佳方案。首先介绍了组成SiC_(f)/SiC复合材料的SiC纤维和SiC基体,并综述了SiC_(f)/SiC复合材料包壳CVI工艺、以及SiC_(f)/SiC复合材料包壳性能表征的研究进展。最后,展望了未来将SiC_(f)/SiC复合材料包壳作为ATF燃料包壳仍需解决的几个关键性问题。
Chemical vapour infiltration(CVI)is a widely used process for fabricating carbon and silicon carbide(SiC)matrix composites,and the CVI process is the best method to prepare the SiC_(f)/SiC composite cladding with high purity and crystalline.The review first introduces the SiC fiber and SiC matrix of the SiC_(f)/SiC composite,and then reviews the research progress of the CVI process and characterization for the SiC_(f)/SiC composite cladding.Finally,the key issues by treating the SiC_(f)/SiC composite as the accident tolerant fuel(ATF)cladding in the future are pointed out.
