地方高校何处去——基于校地关系的长时段历史考察 被引量:5

Where Do Local Colleges and Universities Go:Long Term Historical Investigation Based on Institution-local Relationship

摘要 作为大学系统的主体构成,地方高校的发展日益受到关注,但其地方化使命正面临理论和实践深化双重困境。基于时段理论,考察校地关系演变史,结果表明:地方高校先后经历了去地化、国家化和在地化几个阶段,新全球化形势下再地化问题凸显出来。其背后的动因在于大学存在的时空结构发生改变,大学发展的主导逻辑推动着大学实践与大学理性从分离走向融合。长时段历史表明,无论全球化如何发展,政治逻辑、市场逻辑终将让位于以认识论为主导的复合逻辑,地方高校的地方化成为历史。 As the main component of university system,the development of local colleges and universities has attracted more and more attention,but its localization mission is facing the double dilemma of theory and practice deepening. Based on theory of historical phases,the evolution history of institution-local relationship is investigated. The results show that local colleges and universities have experienced several stages of de-localization,nationalization and localization,and re-localization issues come to the fore in the new globalization situation. The motivation behind it is that the space-time structure of university existence has changed,and the leading logic of university development promotes the separation and integration of university practice and university rationality. The long term history shows that no matter how globalization develops,political logic and market logic will eventually give way to the compound logic dominated by epistemology,and the localization of local colleges and universities will become history.
