高职院校教师发展中心建设现状及运行策略

摘要 调查发现,高职院校教师发展中心的建设满足了教师不同发展阶段的需要,提升了教师教育教学能力、科研水平,但也存在中心职能设置单一、活动内容与形式缺乏吸引力、专业学术水平不高、质量评估方式和内容不健全、教学资源缺乏系统性等缺陷。高职院校需要进一步规范有效组织架构,开发多元服务内容,提高学术研究水平,重视质量评估应用,增强资源系统集成,从而更好地发挥教师发展中心的作用。 The survey found that the construction of teacher development centers in higher vocational colleges effectively meets the needs of relevant types of teachers at different stages of development, and improves teachers’ educational and teaching ability and scientific research level. However, there are also some defects, such as the single setting of central functions, the lack of attraction of activity content and form, the low professional academic level, the imperfect quality evaluation methods and contents, and the lack of systematicness of teaching resources. Higher vocational colleges need to further standardize the effective organizational structure, develop diversified service content, improve the level of academic research, pay attention to the application of quality assessment, and enhance the integration of resource systems, so as to better play the role of teacher development center.
