高职院校优化职业培训的实践路径——以湖北生态工程职业技术学院为例

Practical Path of Optimizing Vocational Training in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College as an Example

开展高质量职业培训是国家对职业教育改革的新部署和新要求。当前职业院校在开展职业培训工作中存在重视程度不高和培训服务能力不足等问题,应将统筹规划、建设平台、校企合作、突出特色、建章立制等五个层面作为优化职业培训的实践路径,以此落实职业院校育训并举的法定职责。

To carry out high-quality vocational training is a new deployment and new requirement of the state for vocational education reform. This paper points out the problems of low attention and insufficient training service ability in the current vocational colleges’ vocational training work, and puts forward the practical path of promoting vocational training from five aspects: overall planning, building platform, school enterprise cooperation, highlighting characteristics, and establishing regulations. The above suggestions are to implement the legal responsibility of developing both education and training in vocational colleges.
