乡村振兴战略视域下基层统战工作困境与纾解路径——以湖北省荆州市为例

Difficulties and Solutions of Grass-roots United Front Work from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy——A Case Study of Jingzhou City in Hubei Province

新时期的统战工作呈现出由“虚”向“实”转变、由“小统战”向“大统战”迈进的新特征,基层统战工作为乡村振兴提供助力,乡村为基层统战工作积累经验,二者相辅相成。湖北省荆州市基层统战工作通过进行政策宣传、发挥新乡贤的作用、走访调研等做法,在乡村振兴中发挥了关键性作用,但也存在村民对乡村振兴政策的认识不够、统战工作者意识淡薄且能力不足、基层人才流失严重的困境。因此,基层统战工作应从凝聚思想共识、完善基层民主、产业多元化发展和培育专业人才等方面来助力乡村振兴。

The united front work in the new era shows a new feature of changing from "virtual" to "real" and from "small united front" to "large united front". The united front work at the grass-roots level provides assistance for the revitalization of the countryside, and the countryside accumulates experience for the united front work at the grass-roots level. The two complement each other. The united front work in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province has played a key role in the process of rural revitalization from the aspects of ideological guidance, talent advantages, investment attraction and so on. However, there are also difficulties such as villagers’ insufficient understanding of rural revitalization policies, weak awareness and ability of united front workers, and serious loss of grass-roots united front personnel. Therefore, the united front work at the grass-roots level should help rural revitalization from the aspects of condensing ideological consensus, improving grass-roots democracy, industrial diversification and cultivating united front talents.
