犬猫癣菌病调查及天然植物抗真菌香波功效评价

Investigation on dermatophytosis and evaluation of the efficacy of natural antifungal shampoo in dogs and cats

[目的]本研究对犬猫皮肤癣菌病发病特征实施调查,并对天然植物抗真菌香波的抗真菌功效进行体内外评价,以期为临床犬猫真菌性皮肤病的治疗提供参考。[方法]制备天然植物抗真菌香波药敏片,通过K-B法对犬猫癣菌病病原石膏小孢子菌ATCC 42890和须毛癣菌ATCC 28185进行药敏试验,基于抑菌圈大小判定天然植物抗真菌香波对病原菌的抑制作用;开展临床病例的药浴,对产品的实际功效进行评价。[结果]犬猫在3岁前易感染皮肤癣菌,且无品种特异性。与对照品相比,天然植物抗真菌香波提升犬猫皮肤癣菌病原抑菌圈直径为50%~400%,并有效促进病变及临床症状改善作用。[结论]皮肤癣菌感染在犬猫普遍发生,天然植物抗真菌香波能有效抑制皮肤癣菌生长及感染,具有一定的临床使用价值。

[Objectives] The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of dermatophytosis in dogs and cats,and to evaluate the antifungal efficacy of natural plant antifungal shampoo in vivo and in vitro.[Methods] The natural plant antifungal shampoo drug sensitive tablets were prepared.The drug sensitivity tests were carried out on tinea canis and feline ringworm pathogen microsporum gypsum ATCC42890 and trichophyton mentagrophytes ATCC 28185 by K-B method.The inhibitory effect of natural plant antifungal shampoo on the pathogens was determined by the size of the bacteriostatic circle.At the same time,the medicinal bath of clinical cases was carried out to directly evaluate the actual efficacy of the product.[Results] It was showed that dogs and cats were easily infected with dermatophyte before the age 3,and there was no species specificity.Compared with the control sample,the natural plant antifungal shampoo increased the diameter of the bacteriostatic circle of dermatophytes in dogs and cats by 50%-400%,and promoted the improvement of pathological changes and clinical symptoms.[Conclusions]Dermatophyte infection is common in dogs and cats.Natural plant antifungal shampoo can effectively inhibit the growth and infection of dermatophyte,and has certain clinical value.
