以基层医疗机构为主导的医养结合需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the demand for integration of pension services and medical servicesled by primary health care Institutions

目的了解滨州市老年人医疗与养老方面的需求,为推进以基层医疗机构为主导的医养结合发展提供一定的参考。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对滨州市一区两县的常住老年人开展医养结合需求及满意度调查。结果居家养老仍然是老年人首选的养老服务方式(52.7%),不同年龄、是否有子女等在对老年人医养结合认知方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);可以基层医疗机构为主导社区养老服务模式的老年人数仅占到10.9%;调查对象普遍认为目前所在地区基层医疗机构的资源对养老需求满足程度较低。结论要真正依托基层医疗机构,将医疗资源渗透融合到养老服务业,必须在不断加强医养结合宣传力度的同时,进一步明确政府的主导作用和政策支持,拓宽以基层医疗机构为主导的医养结合服务支持路径,提高基层医疗卫生机构的医养结合服务能力。

Objective To understand the medical and pension needs of the elderly in Binzhou city,and to provide some reference for promoting the development of the integration of pension services and medical servicesled by grassroots medical institutions.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate the demand and satisfaction of medical and old-age care services for elderly residents in one district and two counties of Binzhou city.Results Home-based care was still the preferred service mode for the elderly(52.7%),there were significant differences in cognition of the integration of pension services and medical services among the elderly with different ages and whether they had children(P<0.05);only 10.9%of the elderly approved the community-level medical institutions as the dominant service mode for the elderly.The respondents generally believed that concerning the resources of primary medical institutions in the area,the degree of elderly care demand satisfaction was low.Conclusion In order to really relying on grassroots medical institutions to combine medical resources with pension services,it is necessaryto constantly strengthen the publicity of the integration of pension services and medical services,and at the same time,further clarifythe leading role and policy supportof the government,expandthe service support path ofthe integration of pension services and medical servicesled by community-level medical institutions,and improve the service capacity of community-level health institutions to provide such services.
