东北地区碳排放现状分析与“双碳”目标下新能源发展建议

Analysis of Current Situation of Carbon Emission and Suggestions on New Energy Development Under Dual-Carbon Goal in Northeast China

随着“双碳”目标的提出,我国将加快构建以适应新能源占比逐渐提高的新型电力系统,从煤电为主的传统能源消费结构向新能源为主的能源消费结构转型,新能源将进入到高质量跨越式发展阶段。通过对东北地区碳排放特别是电力行业碳排放现状的分析,论证东北地区碳排放总体形势,并结合地区新能源资源及现有开发情况,指出东北地区新能源面临的形势,提出“双碳”目标下适应东北地区新能源发展的相关建议。

With the proposal of dual-carbon goal,China will accelerate the construction of a new power system which adapts gradually increasing new energy proportion.It transforms from the traditional energy consumption structure based on coal power to the energy consumption structure based on new energy.The new energy will enter a high quality leapfrog development stage.Though analyzing the current situation of carbon emission in Northeast China,especially in power industry,it demonstrates the overall situation of carbon emission in Northeast China.Combined with the situation of regional new energy resources and existing development,it summarizes the situation of new energy in Northeast China,putting forward some suggestion to adapt to the new energy development in Northeast China under the dual-carbon goal.
