社区营造视角下工业遗产的再更新研究——以福州红坊海峡创意产业园为例

RESEARCH ON THE RENEWAL OF INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMMUNITY BUILDING——TAKING FUZHOU HONGFANG STRAIT CREATIVE INDUSTRY PARK AS AN EXAMPLE

近年来,在由增量向存量过渡的城市化背景下,被纳入城市重要节点的工业遗产建筑也在积极参与更新转型。文章首先分析了社区营造视角下工业遗产的再更新意义,然后提出了社区营造视角下工业遗产的再更新策略。最后以福州红坊海峡创意产业园为例阐述其再更新的策略。以期为工业遗产的再更新提供一定借鉴。

In recent years,under the background of urbanization from incremental to excessive stock,the industrial heritage buildings that have been included in the important nodes of the city are also actively participating in the renewal and transformation.This paper first analyzes the significance of the renewal of industrial heritage from the perspective of community construction,and then puts forward the renewal strategy of industrial heritage from the perspective of community construction.Finally,take Fuzhou Hongfang Strait Creative Industry Park as an example to elaborate its renewal strategy.In order to provide some reference for the renewal of industrial heritage.
