银发经济视角下健身中心的适老化设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF FITNESS CENTERS SUITABLE FOR THE ELDERLY IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF AGED ECONOMY

银发经济作为肩负人口老龄化社会需求的重要任务,近些年来呈现蓬勃发展之势,因此老年健身市场具有一定的前景。文章基于中国人口老龄化日益增长的发展趋势与国务院颁布的《全民健身计划纲要》政策,探究健身中心的适老化设计策略。同时,结合老年人的生理、心理,以及行为方面的特征,从安全性、实用性、无障碍等方面寻求适合老年人的健身场所,以期为健身中心的适老化设计提供依据。

As an important task of shouldering the social needs of aging population,silver economy has shown a trend of vigorous development in recent years,and the market prospect of fitness for the elderly is also booming.Under the background of the growing trend of China’s population aging and the policy of the outline of the national fitness plan issued by the State Council,this paper aims at healthy aging and explores the application of aging design in the space of fitness center.At the same time,combined with the physiological,psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly,from the aspects of safety,practicability and barrier free principle,this paper seeks a fitness place suitable for the fitness of the elderly,so as to provide a basis for the aging design of the fitness center space.
