摘要
通过低C、添加Ni、Cu、Mo等耐候合金元素的成分设计,开发出TMCP+回火型Q345qDNHY-Ⅰ桥梁用钢板,并进行了焊接试验研究。结果表明:耐海洋大气腐蚀易焊接型Q345qDNHY-Ⅰ钢板的力学性能良好,尤其是冲击性能突出,冲击温度可低至-60℃;焊接后的抗拉强度满足要求,焊缝、熔合线和热影响区处-20℃冲击功均值>100 J,维氏硬度(HV)<285,完全满足桥梁设计的力学性能、冲击韧性和硬度需求。
TMCP+tempering type Q345 qDNHY-Ⅰbridge steel plate is developed by weathering composition design of low C and Ni,Cu,Mo alloying element addition,welding test research is carried out.The results show that the marine atmospheric corrosion resisting and easy welding type Q345 qDNHY-Ⅰsteel plate is of good mechanical properties especially impact properties with impact temperature down to-60℃.After welding,the tensile strength of the steel plate satisfies the requirements,the impact energy value at-20℃is over 100 J and the Vicker hardness value is less than HV285 at welding seam,fusion line and heat affected zone,which fully meets the demands of bridge engineering on mechanical properties,impact toughness and hardness.
