摘要
为研究中空玻璃密封间隔材料剪切模量的测试方法,在新发明的专门试验装置的基础上,提出中空玻璃密封间隔材料剪切模量测试的试件制作、数据处理等技术要求。通过试验对所提出的测试方法进行验证,制作横向和纵向密封间隔材料剪切模量试件各3组,考虑3种不同间隔材料厚度的影响,根据试验的剪切荷载与位移的关系曲线得到密封间隔材料剪切模量,所得到的同组各试件的剪切模量的试验值相对差不大于5%。研究结果表明:试验装置的力学原理明确、简单实用,试验过程操作简便,测试方法合理,数据处理方法简单,所得测试数据稳定性良好,能够合理测试中空玻璃密封间隔材料的剪切模量,根据研究结论提出试验结果评定的技术建议。
In order to study the testing method of the shear modulus of the material of the insulating glass seal interval,based on the newly invented particular test device,the technical requirements of the specimen making and data processing for the shear modulus test of the material were proposed.The test verifies the test method,Three groups of shear modulus specimens of transverse and longitudinal seal interval materials were made.Considering the influence of three different thicknesses of materials,the shear modulus of seal interval material was obtained according to the shear load and displacement relationship curve.The relative difference of shear modulus of each specimen in the same group is no more than 5%.The research results show that the mechanical principle of the test device is clear,and the test results are practical and straightforward.The test process is simple,the test method is reasonable,the data processing method is simple,the test data is stable,and the shear modulus of the material of the insulating glass seal interval can be reasonably tested.According to the research conclusion,the technical suggestions for evaluating the test results are put forward.
