Game Analysis of Consumers and Suppliers in Green Food Supply Chain Under Government Intervention

消费者需求在整条绿色食品供应链结构中将起到重要引擎的作用,本文分析了不同情形下消费者与供应者的演化稳定的策略。研究表明,基于环保责任与政府的补贴激励,消费者会促进绿色消费,结合政府传导至供应链企业有效的激励与惩罚机制,可以实现国内绿色食品供应链整体供给需求与整体需求市场之间稳定与均衡发展。

Consumer demand will play an important role in the whole green food supply chain structure.This paper analyzes the evolving stability strategies of consumers and suppliers under different circumstances.The research shows that the comprehensive green government can be transmitted to the food supply chain enterprises through effective environmental incentive strategy and environmental punishment mechanism,so as to effectively realize the stable and balanced development between the overall supply demand of the domestic green food supply chain and the overall demand market.
