摘要
本文对2003—2022年在中国申请并获得授权的代餐食品发明专利进行了检索和统计,主要从专利申请时间及年度发展趋势、专利申请人构成及特征、专利分类分布以及专利技术特征进行了分析,并针对未来代餐食品的研究提出了合理化建议。结果表明,2011—2022年为代餐食品专利申请的高峰期,占申请总数量的91.6%。以减肥控体为目的的代餐专利占总数量的67.4%,以降低血糖为目的的代餐专利占总数量的18.9%,以降低血脂和血压为目的的代餐专利占总数量的7.4%,说明这些方向是代餐食品研究的主要方向。
This paper searches and counts the invention patents of food substitutes applied for and authorized in China from 2003 to 2022,mainly analyzes the patent application time and annual development trend,patent applicant composition and characteristics,patent classification distribution and patent technical characteristics,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the future research of food substitutes.The results show that 2011—2022 is the peak season of the patent application,accounting for 91.6%of the total application quantity.The patents on how to lose/control weight make up 67.4%of the total application quantity,the patents on how to reduce the blood sugar make up 18.9%of the total application quantity,and the patents on how to reduce blood pressure and blood fat make up 7.4%of the total application quantity,indicating that these 3 areas are the major orientation of meal replacement development.
