Based on the perspective of management culture, the concept, manifestation and structure of teacher management culture are expounded, the problems existing in university teacher management culture is analyzed, and measures from the aspects of management concept, management system, guarantee mechanism and monitoring system are put forward in order to improve the efficiency of teacher management.
