摘要
实践教学是学生实践能力培养的重要途径,教育实习是实践教学的重要环节。通过对河南省10所高职院校学前教育专业人才培养方案与教育实习报告册进行文本分析,发现在实习目标制定、内容安排、教师指导以及评价等方面存在普遍性问题。综合问题并分析,主要原因在于师生对教育实习目标认识不清、教育实习内容不够完备、校内师资队伍实践经验不足以及协同培养落实不到位。因此,教育实习中,要明确细化实践教学的目标要求,设置全实践教学体系,搭建“校园共育”平台,提升教师实践教学能力,建设“双师型”指导教师队伍,为教育实习的有效开展提供保障。
It is well-known that practical teaching is an important way to cultivate students’ practical ability.Also, educational practice is an essential part in practical teaching. The paper tries to analyze the training program and the education practice reports of major in preschool education which are from 10 vocational colleges in Henan Province. Then,the findings show that there exist some common problems in setting practice goals, content arrangement, teacher guidance and evaluation. It is easy to find that the main reasons are that teachers and students have unclear understanding of the objectives of educational practice.Also, the content of educational practice is not complete. On the other hand, there is insufficient practical experience and implementation of collaborative training. Therefore, in educational practice, it is necessary to specify the goals and requirements of practical teaching, set up the whole practical teaching system,build the platform of co-education on campus, improve teachers’ practical teaching ability and build a qualified teacher team. The aim is to provide guarantee for effective development of educational practice.
