摘要
随着我国人口老龄化程度的进一步加剧,养老护理专业人才队伍建设已成为推动养老服务高质量发展的必然要求。通过将临床案例、国赛案例和证书案例融入老年护理学理论与实践教学,实现“岗课赛证”融合,探索符合技术技能型人才成长规律和学生认知特点的教学方法,实现综合育人目标。
With the further ageing of China’s population, it seems that constructing professional team of elderly care has become an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality development of elderly care services. By integrating clinical cases, national competition events and certificate cases into geriatric nursing theory and practice teaching, it is helpful to realize the integration of post course competition and certificate. The aim is to explore teaching methods in line with the principle of cultivating technical and skilled talents and students’ cognitive characteristics so as to achieve the goal of comprehensive education.
