大数据时代下的高职院校档案优化管理探究

大数据时代到来引起信息处理模式的急剧变化,传统档案管理模式具有单一性、滞后性和刻板性的特点,这一特点在一定程度上限制了档案管理优化进程。在以大数据收集和大数据分析为基础的大数据时代,数据处理出现多元化、体量大、速度快、灵活与及时性等特点。与其他综合类高校相比,高职院校的档案存在收集数据不够、门类单一、存储形式单一以及处理能力不强等特点。大数据时代有望改变现状,基于对高职院校各种档案数据横向和纵向数据的大收集和评测,高职院校档案数据管理优化成为可能,能较大程度实现高职档案为学生和老师服务的宗旨,让档案能以最小的成本实现档案利用的效能。

It is sure that the emerging era of big data has brought about rapid changes in information processing modes. It seems that traditional archival management modes have the nature of singularity, lag and rigidity, which might limit the optimization process of archival management. During the era of big data, data processing has the characteristics of diversification, large volume, fast speed, flexibility and timeliness. Compared with other comprehensive universities, the vocational colleges’ archives have the features of insufficient data collection, single category, single storage form and weak processing ability. Clearly, era of big data could change such situation. Based on the large collection and evaluation of the horizontal and vertical data of various archives in vocational colleges, it is possible to optimize the archival management. Then, it is helpful to serve students and faculty with the best performance. Also, it is efficient to realize the efficiency of archival utilization with minimum cost.
