军队院校与地方院校医学硕士生心理弹性比较研究

Comparison of psychological resilience of medical postgraduates in military and local universities

目的比较军队院校与地方院校医学硕士生心理弹性水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和心理弹性量表,以在线填写问卷的方式,分别收集军队院校和地方院校医学硕士生有效问卷94份和126份,进行单因素分析,采用多元线性回归法分析影响因素。结果军队院校与地方院校医学硕士生心理弹性总分分别为(67.0±14.5)分、(66.5±12.5)分,总分及各维度得分无显著差异。单因素分析结果显示,是否担任学生干部以及性格在军队院校医学硕士生心理弹性总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别和性格在地方院校医学硕士生心理弹性总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性格进入军队院校医学硕士生心理弹性的多元线性回归方程,性格和性别进入地方院校医学硕士生心理弹性的多元线性回归方程。结论军队院校与地方院校医学硕士生心理弹性水平无显著差异,军队院校和地方院校医学硕士生外向者比内向者心理弹性好,地方院校医学硕士生男生比女生心理弹性好,应注重提升女生的心理弹性水平。

Objective To compare psychological resilience of medical postgraduates in military and local universities,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using general information questionnaire and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,94 medical postgraduates in a military university and 126 in a local university filled out the questionnaires online.The data were analyzed with univariate analysis,and multiple linear regression was performed to explore influencing factors of resilience.Results The total scores of psychological resilience of medical postgraduates in military and local universities were(67.0±14.5)and(66.5±12.5),respectively.There was no difference in the total score and the score of every dimension.The univariate analysis showed that whether to be a student leader or not and different personalities had statistically significant differences in the total score of psychological resilience of medical postgraduates in the military university(P<0.05).The gender and different personalities had statistically significant differences in the total score of psychological resilience of medical postgraduates in the local university(P<0.05).Personality entered the multiple linear regression equation in the military university.Gender and different personalities entered the multiple linear regression equation in the local university.Conclusion There is no difference of psychological resilience of medical postgraduates in military and local universities.Extroverts are more resilient than introverts in medical postgraduates in military and local universities.Men are more resilient than women in medical postgraduates in local universities.More attention should be paid to psychological resilience promotion of women in local universities.
