直肠脱垂会阴入路三种常用术式的研究进展与临床应用

Research progress and clinical application of three common perineal repairs for rectal prolapse

直肠脱垂是一种较为常见的老年女性及儿童发病率较高的盆底功能障碍性疾病,根据脱垂程度不同可分为完全性直肠脱垂、不完全脱垂、直肠内脱垂。目前,外科治疗是治愈直肠脱垂的主要方式。直肠脱垂的外科治疗术式多样,手术疗效不尽相同,主要分为腹部手术和会阴手术。此文对近年来国内外临床上应用并报道较多的经会阴入路的三种常用外科术式相关研究进展及其临床应用作一评述。

Rectal prolapse is a common pelvic floor dysfunction disease with a higher incidence in elderly women and children.According to the different degrees of prolapse,it can be divided into complete rectal prolapse,incomplete prolapse,and internal rectal prolapse.At present,surgical treatment is the main way to cure rectal prolapse.There are various surgical treatments for rectal prolapse,and the curative effects of the operations are different.They are mainly divided into abdominal surgery and perineal surgery.This article reviews the research progress and clinical application of three common surgical procedures of perineal approach that have been used and reported more clinically at home and abroad in recent years.
