后疫情时代人体自然力与肿瘤研究的思考

Thoughts about human natural force and tumor research in post-epidemic era

21世纪以来,飞速发展的医疗技术带来立竿见影的成效使人们过度依靠外部干预进行诊疗,忽视了其副作用以及人体自身功能和稳态在疾病中的治疗作用,不可避免地导致了过度医疗的现象。恶性肿瘤仍然是影响全球健康的重大疾病,单打独斗的医疗模式已经力不从心,肿瘤综合性治疗成为了后疫情时代肿瘤研究的发展新趋势。因此,本文从认识和维护人体自然力的角度出发,探讨了在肿瘤研究方面扶持人体自然力的重要意义,并倡导尊重人体自然力,回归医学初衷,最终实现医疗干预与人体自然力相辅相成的综合诊疗模式。

Since the 21st century,the rapid development of medical technology has brought immediate effects,so that people rely too much on external intervention for diagnosis and treatment,ignoring its side effects and the roles of the body s own function and homeostasis in the treatment of diseases.It inevitably leads to the phenomenon of overtreatment.Malignant tumor is still a major disease that affects global health.The medical model of single-handedness is no longer enough.Comprehensive multidisciplinary tumor treatment has become a new development trend in tumor research in the post-epidemic era.Therefore,from the perspective of understanding and maintaining human natural force,this article discusses the importance of supporting human natural force in tumor researches,and advocates respecting human natural force,returning to the original intention of medicine,and finally realizing a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment mode in which medical intervention and human natural force complement each other.
