摘要
采用水热与湿式氧化法减量处理制药污泥,结果表明,含水率为90.0%左右的污泥在无氧水热条件下主要发生热水解反应,污泥的挥发性固体(VS)去除率接近60.0%,总固体(TS)去除率可达40.0%。在湿式氧化条件下,VS的去除率接近70.0%,TS的去除率接近50.0%。在高含固污泥条件下,湿式氧化对污泥固体减量化的强化作用不大,主要提高了液相化学需氧量(COD)的去除率。
The pharmaceutical sludge was reduced by hydrothermal and wet oxidation methods.The results showed that the sludge with a moisture content of about 90.0%mainly underwent thermal hydrolysis under anaerobic hydrothermal conditions.The removal rate of volatile solids(VS)of the sludge was close to 60.0%,and the removal rate of total solids(TS)was up to 40.0%.Under the condition of wet oxidation,the removal rate of VS is close to 70.0%,and the removal rate of TS is close to 50.0%.Under the condition of high solid content sludge,wet oxidation has little effect on the reduction of sludge solids,mainly improving the removal rate of liquid-phase chemical oxygen demand(COD).
