In recent years,collaborative innovation has become a high-frequency vocabulary in academia,an important research perspective and analysis tool in the field of technological innovation management,and has gradually developed into a basic scientific knowledge system.With the continuous deepening and practical application of collaborative innovation theory,through the research on the upgrading of“urban mineral”industrial clusters in resource recycling,the theoretical driving factors for industrial upgrading have been integrated,and the strategies and ways of optimizing and upgrading industrial clusters are explored.
