摘要 生态流域是评估生态保护和高质量发展的重要手段之一,研究生态流域评估具有现实意义。以渭河陕西段为研究对象,基于水安全、水资源、水环境、水生态、水景观、水文化、水管理、水经济8个维度,初步构建了渭河陕西段生态流域评价指标体系,评估了现状渭河生态流域发展水平,并提出了建设渭河生态流域的建议。结果表明:渭河陕西段生态流域得分为75.6分,处于中等水平;其水安全保障度、水环境宜居度、水管理完善度为良好,水生态健康度、水文化繁荣度及水景观满足度为中等,水经济发达度为合格,水资源支撑度为不合格。因此,渭河流域需要将水资源和水经济两个维度作为突破口,加快生态文明建设,支撑黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。 The ecological watershed is a new concept and one of the critical means of evaluating ecological protection and high-quality development.Therefore,the study of ecological watershed assessment has practical significance.In this study,taking the Shaanxi section of Weihe River as the research area,from eight dimensions of water security,water resources,water environment,water ecology,water landscape,water culture,water management and water economy,the evaluation index system of ecological watershed in Shaanxi section of Weihe River Basin was preliminarily constructed,the current development level of ecological watershed in Weihe River Basin was assessed,and suggestions for the construction of ecological watershed in Weihe River Basin were put forward.The results show that the total ecological watershed score in the Shaanxi section of the Weihe River Basin is 75.6 points,which is at the middle level.Among them,the three dimensions of water security,water environment and water management are acceptable,the three dimensions of water ecology,water culture and water landscape are medium,the water economy dimension is qualified,and the water resources dimension is unqualified.Consequently,the Weihe River Basin needs to take the two dimensions of water resources and water economy as a breakthrough to facilitate the construction of ecological civilization and support the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
