职业教育混合所有制改革研究综述

Research Review on Mixed Ownership Reform in Vocational Education

2014年,《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》颁布以来,职业教育混合所有制改革相关研究成果呈现持续增长态势。通过对已有研究成果进行分析,纵向上梳理了职业教育混合所有制改革的研究背景和简单发展脉络;横向上对已有研究成果中“混合所有制职业院校”的定义与本质特征、改革意义、改革样态类型、改革现状与问题、改革路径与对策等方面进行了归纳述评。基于对目前研究成果的分析,发现当前研究存在研究主体较为单一、研究内容不够全面、研究方法过于简单等不足,针对以上不足,展望了未来该领域研究主体多元化、研究内容全面化、研究方法科学化等发展趋势。

Since the promulgation of the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education in 2014,research related to mixed ownership reform in vocational education has been increasing.By analyzing the existing research results,the research background and simple development of mixed ownership reform of vocational education are vertically sorted out;horizontally,the definition and essential characteristics of“mixed ownership vocational colleges”,the significance of reform,the types of reform models,the current situation and problems of reform,and the reform paths and countermeasures of the existing research results are summarized and reviewed.The research findings are summarized and reviewed.Based on the analysis of the current research results,it can be found there exist the problems of single subject,incomprehensive content and simple research methods.In view of these limitations,the future development trend of diversified research subjects,comprehensive research content,and scientific research methods in this field are prospected.
