摘要
齐鲁工匠精神始于春秋战国时期,具有“精益求精、追求卓越;清源浚流,守正创新;专业执着,敬业奉献”的深厚内涵。齐鲁工匠精神在推动中国制造转型升级、为社会培养高素质高技能人才、促进个体全面发展三个维度,绽放出穿越时空的价值魅力。在此基础上提出拓展载体、强化实践、完善机制三个方面的措施,旨在新时代继续传承和弘扬齐鲁工匠精神。
The spirit of Qilu Craftsmanship began in the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States period,with the profound connotation of Keep improving,pursuit of excellence,clear source dredging,integrity and innovation,professional devotion and dedication.Qilu Craftsmanship promotes the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing,trains high-quality and high-skilled talents for the society,and promotes the all-round development of individuals.On this basis,this paper proposes three measures to expand the carrier,strengthen practice,improve the mechanism,in order to continue to inherit and carry forward the spirit of Qilu craftsmanship in the new era.
